Hotbard rendering problem.

My hotbars now have a "ghost" 1/2 inch image to the right of them. Started after the hotfix on June 28 2012. I think it may have happened and persisted after I went from full screen to window mode and back. However, it won't go away , no matter the screen mode. Exiting the game, rebooting, doesn't make it go away.

I can't report a bug, i get this:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Anyone have a idea on how to fix this?

I don't see how to post a screen shot.

Update: changing the bars from horizontal to vertical and back removes the ghost image, but it is just a bit annoying

ALso make sure you set your UI Overlay back to default.

Hopefully, we'll be able to use custom UI Overlays in the future, but currently, they are doing weird things.
