Past Race feats

There are past life feats for professions, but not races. If a character is truly reincarnated and retains some of the abilities from their past lives, shouldn't they get some of the racial bonuses from a previous life too? For example, if a truly reincarnated drow sorceror into a halfling rogue could get a weaker version of the drow racial shortsword enhancement as well as the extra DCs and the extra SP from the sorc PL.

The Doppleganger feat would be available after doing all races as a Doppleganger Feat available at level 2 and Shapeshifter feat available at level 20 if you have completed 3 lives of each race.

I was thinking something like this would work, but be sure in suggestions to have:

1. A passive bonus that you get for having done a past life
2. A feat you can take with a passive portion
3. An active portion of the feat with 3-5 uses per rest

HALFLING PAST LIFE EXAMPLE
Passive Past Life Passive Halfling: +1 hiding, +1 sneak attack, +1 damage to thrown weapons (Stacks up to three times)
Passive Past Life Halfling Feat: (Available to be chosen after level 2) Opens access to halfling enhancement lines.
Active Past Live Halfling Feat: May be activated to apply the following halfling past life bonuses for one minute (x5 per rest): +1 racial bonus to all saves per 5 character levels rounding up, +1 halfling cunning sneak attack bonus per four character levels rounding up and +1 halfling guile sneak attack damage per 2 character levels rounding up.

This topic has been discussed in the past and people didn't really seem like the idea of it.

However, if something like this were ever implemented then upon reincarnation you should have to choose between racial past lives or class past lives.

I have idea for one of them:

Past Life: Elf
Effect: You was a elf/drow in previous life, and even now sometimes feel squishy.
You have -2 to constitucion score without any visible benefits.
One just dont quit playing elves!


Why it looks just as some poor rap, there is a reason behind: while racial past life is not a bad idea, there is a problem that some races are underwhelming or just simply suck.
Dwarves and Halfing need a little buff and complexity.
Elves need a lot of rework (and im not talking about this -2 con) - adding unique stuff.
The only race which is ok is HE.
