account recovery

My Son forgot his account Password and then tried to recover it, only to find he had linked it to an e-mail he no longer used and can't get in to. Is there any hope in recovering this account ?

If your Username has an older email address on file that you no longer have access to, you will need to submit a ticket to our Account Support Team.

You can call them or email them at support.turbine.com
