having real problems with first chain in new content, i know a few ppl have posted similar things to this

i wanna stress that i had not abandoned any new quests leading up to this bug, in fact i have already finished the chain and gathered the end quest rewards.

my problem is now that i reset the chain, did the first three again (first two solo, third with a pug) turned in all the quests, got the chain guy to say to go to the next dude and the last dude wont talk to me and no quest window pops up. The little green arrow and quest symbol are even above his head but nothing happens. ive tried reclicking the chain guy and he just says go talk to the guy that doesnt work. of course the rest of the pug got in fine, and for some of them it was their second/third run through the chain too.

so after i was SURE i couldnt get in (after reloggin and such too) i tried to abandon the chain to restart it. NOPE!
not one part of the chain could i restart, keeps saying that this is a one time quest etc..

i got to the point that i abandoned every quest in Eveningstar, but nothing would let me drop, and no npc text changed when i talked to them. im baffled.
