Flawless green Dragonscales BTC?

Are flawless green dragonscales really supposed to be BTC???

Bug reported this as well.

Pretty sure this isn't WAI given that all previous scales were tradeable, GDS armor requires bound components from the raid to make, and Cormyrian GDS armor is quite narrow in appeal and so only 1-2 people in a group are likely to want it (unlike Eberron Redscale which was statted for broad appeal even if arcanes didn't find it good enough).

The green dragon scales aren't intended to be bound at all, expect them to become unbound at some point in the future.
