Free Lesser Reincarnation FAILURE!

Oh I so hope this is fixable! I submitted a help ticket AND a bug report.
I used my free lesser reincarnation on my lv 20.5 Artificer and rerolled him in Character Generation screen without trouble. Got to the "Heart of Wind" and talked to Thealeh Auryath. She gave me the inital xp needed to attain lv 2, and I went through the leveling process to the final screen. (Side note, it required me to choose a spell from the list which I should already have ALL the spells already inscribed). When I clicked the finish button, it gave me the error " Invalid Advancement Data" and the level fails.
I am stuck on the airship at lv 1!
Also, side note. I am unable to join our Alliance channel using the /joinchannel command. I recieve the errors:
(Standard): Room # 1 is not valid
(Standard): You didn't join room '(Userchat1)' (I removed the actual name to protect Alliance from undesireables)

Been on the ship for an hour waiting for response to my tickets. Nothing yet...

A typical "logout" and total reboot my system, and of course the client, seems to have fixed this issue. I did submit a bug report.
I had a symptom of SUPERFAST running and "Unarmed unmonklike" attack punching and kick action. Also, it was requiring me to choose from a list of spells that I KNOW I have already inscribed all of. So I sorta thought that was part of the bug.
Should this happen to anyone else, try the restarting of your client.

I'm having the same issue. Although I logged out and rebooted the client several times. Nothing happened.
