    Default Well...

    http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=380190 ^.^

It's been 2 seconds if I recall right.
The new update changes it to 3 seconds.

    Default Supreme Cleave

tell that to my dps.... and why change it at all..i pay a price to use it.. 10 hp per swing..so they make it slower and dont reduce the cost its basically worthless now and still costs 10 hp. Put it back and make it cost 20 hp I want my Supreme Cleave back! As a Barbarian we rely heavily on Supreme Cleave foir multi mob encouters. I dont remember reading anywhere when I purchased the package DDO was going to screw with Supreme Cleave...so how is that even fair. Pre Purchase Underdark and were gonna blow your mind with the new content!

you did one heck of a job! my mind is now blown... if it isnt fixed i am not sure i will continue to play

I made a barbarian as my first toon and pretty much for two years did nothing but play him soley. Now that im settled in you wanna change me. You dont make a football field 300 yards longer at halftime guys. When you jacked with Supreme Cleave that is exactly what you did! The cost remained the same and you added yards to my field with the same admission price +80 bucks!

Please fix it and dont jack with the toon abilities we have come to know. Progress not regress!

    This.
This change has nothing to do with the Expansion content, and is a class balance change that has been on the test servers for a fair while (cannot remember it not being there, correct if i'm wrong). Turbine have every right to adjust for class balance, and i believe this is generally a supported change in the Barb community?

I didn't think an argument could be made against more damage :3

Out of interest, what do you consider progress? More buttons to press?

    Default you dont get it

Lets here from some barbarians..instead of rogues and whatever it is you play. You guys can guess and contemplate all day and wont understand. Until you have lost something you and your party rely on daily. Madstone boots...if they are proc'd and running now i can't rage either. That must be that progress thing you were talking about pfft.

Saying "you don't get it" to people isn't a good way to make them understand your point of view. The updated skill does more damage per swing, but ultimately less damage on average (3[W] with 3sec CD compared to 1[W] with 1sec CD only differs in regards to on-hit effects and glancing blows). On the other hand, you lose less life because you can't swing every second. So it's more focused on your survival, but by no means definitely worse. You can also use Cleave when SC is on CD, which ends up adding more than the damage you've lost as long as your weapon damage is higher than your glancing blow + on-hit damage effects.
