Default Feedback for rogue 'defense' plan re items/armor

I'm trying to decipher the whole AC/defense thing and what it means for a rogue as well as what could be good armor sets for my gear plan.

So far, please correct me if I am wrong..

Dodge: capped at 25% (is that a hard cap or are there things/circumstances which allow you to go past 25? although I am assuming abilities that temporarily boost dodge don't get affected by the cap?)

    - As a Rogue, from granted feats - uncanny dodge and improved uncanny dodge you get a total of 13% (? 6 from uncanny dodge and 7 from improved uncanny dodge?). Not sure any other rogue feats grant dodge bonuses?

    - From an item standpoint to improve dodge - I'm thinking something like Cloak of Night (+2 dodge) + Bracers of Wind (+3 dodge, +1 dodge crafted) I can get another 6%. In addition I get the miss chance from Ghostly (10%) and from Blurry (20%). I could also throw on the Epic Duelist Leathers for an additional 4 dodge.

So that is Dodge of 23 if I have the Duelist Leathers, 19 if I do not (I plan to also have my healing amp/destruction DT available as well as a Black Dragonscale leather armor) - anything I am missing there to increase it?
That's also Ghostly and Blurry. By my math with Dodge of 23 and the Ghostly and Blurry - the miss chance is 45%, before taking into account AC and PPR, etc.

I guess I am wondering - Alchemical armor ritual (dodge +1), does that also work into this? How about the Haste dodge bonus? Do we also get other dodge bonus from epic destiny stuff?

Then generally leather armor? (Duelist Leather, Black Dragonscale Leather, for DT go with Leather? - although my current healing amp/destruction DT is an outfit.. so not sure what to do about that). Also have a Frozen tunic that will now likely go unused.
