Interesting Random Loot

I looted this one in the end chest of epic elite Rest stop with a +2 loot gem going. was no loot bonus going on as far as i know. It looks strange. No idea if weekening of enfeebling and maladroit will be to handy in epic stuff but non the less it is interesting prefix and suffix combined.

I think the suffix of this weapon is actually "Devastation" but for some reason it's displaying the combat mastery portion in the name only.

All in all... Jells! That's a beautiful sword.

Seems likely. It's also nice to see yet another source of Combat Mastery.

Aw, that is rather disappointing. Maybe someone should update the wiki page which says it works on ranged weapons as well : http://ddowiki.com/page/Stunning "Any Stunning weapon also has a 3% chance to make a fortitude save check to stun an opponent on any attack with either hand (works on ranged attacks too)."

Ah, interesting. I have heard the 3% doesn't, but I trust Backley even if the info is from 1.5 years ago.
