I've got a +2 primal planeforged full plate of omniscience that I am holding onto for my paladin, whenever I get her leveled up that is.

Actually if you do the math pandemonium is horrible dps...Screaming 1d6=3.5 sonic damage per swing, thundering 1d8=4.5 x4/20 on crit range 17-20 0.9 per swing, roaring 2d6 on a crit 7x4/20 on crit range 17-20 1.4damage
For a grand total of 3.5+0.9+1.4=5.8 damage per swing
less then holy/voltic/shrieking/blazing/caustic/boreal with 2d6=7avg per swing

From the Wiki:
Harmonic Resonance: (Passive) Your melee, missile, and unarmed attacks have a 10% chance per hit of building a stacking resonance in your enemies. Each stack increases the creature's vulnerability to Sonic damage by 10%. The effect may stack up to 5 times and lasts up to 20 seconds. You also gain +1 effective Arcane caster level.
(Active) You may expend a Song to activate Harmonic Resonance. If you do so, your voice thrums with magic, and you no longer require material components to cast spells.
So if that vulnerability has a 10% chance to land and can be stacked additively for a total of 50% vulnerability, then that's only 150% extra incoming Sonic damage. That doesn't seem very good to me, when multiplying each small number out. Cacophonic Guard might be the best option.

Well, according to wiki again, cacophonic guard found on armors (and Blasting Chime) has higher proc rate (10%). Cacophonic as weapon prefix is only 1% though. Don't know about testing, don't have either atm, and I'm too lazy anyway
.
That corrisive heavy pick of heavely wrath is the craziest weapon I have ever seen!
