dodge bonus

dodge bonus, very confused about these.
nothing seems to stack, not even with uncanny dodge, is this right?
if so how do you increase it?

Hmm, uncanny dodge stacks for me... gives me 50% more dodge (at least in the tooltip).

Dodge is also increasing when I put other gear on, such as the necky from carnival and leathers from event.

It doesn't add any bonus to AC anymore.
