Rockna was capped around 8:10am EST, less then 24 hours from expansion packs launch.

8:08 was the time on my laptop when she got it... Congrats Rockna!

Thanks guys! New stuff (er, I mean, this epic fail that Turbine has thrust upon us...) was just too much fun and I was determined to play through it. And once I got that close to 25, it wasn't like I could go to bed.

Are levels on who list are classes + ED, or classes + commoner?

It shows as 20 Favored Soul + 5 Epic, no matter which destiny you have active.

I wasn't expecting it to happen so fast, but leveling up did happen quickly over the course of just playing. However, it makes sense considering that some of the early epic levels require less XP than 36 point build levels 18, 19, and 20. It also makes sense if you consider that the real XP grind exists in epic destinies, so my journey has just begun. It would suck if it was super hard for people with less time or who have reincarnated to catch up with their friends. In order to even get to the Draconic and Magister destinies to boost my spell DCs, I need to travel through the paladin, monk, rogue, and bard destinies first -- millions more XP. But that grind is fun, so I'm not too worried.

Do your repetition penalities on quests stop now like on the previous level 20 cap? Else would be impossible to cap all destinies in one life.

Yes, they do stop. However, being level 25 sucks for getting XP because of the big penalty you get to most epic quests. I am sure that it will all come in time. It would be easier if epic elite was always level 24 or 25, being that it is scaled up so much more than the epic hards and epic normals.

I'm almost sure than on llamaland forums, devs said that commoner levels doesn't counts for XP penatlies, but EDs do.

I can also confirm that I was online for like 3-4 hours before Rock even logged in on Monday (I assume you were stuck with the launcher issues) so REALLY she could have capped a few hours sooner :P

She was also busy herding all the rest of us, so she deserves double congratulation!
