Power Attack in u14

So my TWF paladin was gimped from the start, I made a 28 point build and started with 14 wisdom and 17 dex and put all my level up points into charisma so I could take DM4 and didn't know tomes counted towards base stats...anyway, I took my lesser and found that the -5 to hit from Power Attack would matter a lot more than it did before, basically it would have some effect unless my to hit was above 2x the opponent's AC even with it on. So basically, is it still a gain to take the feat, if I'm a bit less accurate with it?

PS I'm still a gimped build, +5 damage is a 10-15% bonus...

Maybe, but people have hinted that the formula didn't change for players attacking on Lamannia, and when I went live, I was still hitting on a 2 in at level elites... so maybe it's not a big deal. Which would be nice, as feats that up to hit and things like power attack still matter.
