Problem with shortcut-bars! Anyone else?

First of all: I like the new UI.
A nice, discreet design.

But sadly I noticed a small problem:
When first logging in after the servers were up yesterday, all shortcut-bars were placed randomly on my screen and they were still locked. No surprise here.

After unlocking the bars, rearranging them and locking them again, I got a strange result (I try to describe it for one bar, but have the same problem with all): The shortcut-bar developed a weird appendix on the right. It looks as if there is another bar and roughly 1/3 of the first button directly connected to the original bar.
It moves with the original bar when dragged around and covers other UI-items (other shortcut-bars, globe, ...)
Logging off and in again doesn't fix it. Restarting client doesn't fix it.
It's not game-breaking, but annoying...

Anyone else seeing this?
Any suggestions to resolve this?

I had the same issue, but I discovered that if you turn them vertical and then horizontal again the problem is fixed.

Thx for the possible workaround!
But still: seems like a bug to me...
