I have never felt so screwed. My suggestion is: Unload the expac, roll back to 6/24, Start over in development and Fire the morons who screwed up DDO. (long insulting rant) I feel like I wasted my money.

The Expansion is working fine, the loot is good, the quests are working (that I've been in).
What specifically are you whining about?
timer on supreme cleave(already a down side to that- you take damage for using it), guild posion neutralization down from 7 min to 30 secs and you're still poisoned and feeling the effects of the poison after using them(WHAT?!?), you have to go thru the rift every time you want to go from SR to FR(altho you can go to ship from FR- it's still a frikin time sink for the casual player), SFFS drops from +4 to +2.
That's just my barbarian. And with Melees already having a lot of down side, some one wasn't thinking when they put this together. And that was what I found just going through the rift. After that, I really dont want to play anything else.
What do you mean by "go through the rift"? In my case, I go to the hole in the wall, choose to go to spinner's prison, then at the portal inside there, choose to go to the Eveningstar cavern; et voila, I'm in Eveningstar.
Granted, that's a bit kludgy; but if you mean you have to walk the Demonweb and Underdark each time, I think you're doing something wrong.
EDIT: and on the way back, go to Eveningstar cavern, go to the portal, highlight, use (NOTE: mouse-clicking it doesn't always "take"), and choose to go back to The Spinner's Prison.

Incredibly kludgy. I did it two times last night and was already getting annoyed at all the extra zone hops. One of my guildies has zoning issues...serious zoning issues...they started doing it and after the third of fourth DC they logged off in frustration.
I can not figure out why they even have those two subzones at all let alone make them part of the path to get back and forth.

Yeah, it's rather annoying.
Go to Harbor.
Enter crack in the wall.
Run up to and enter the portal to Eveningstar.
Run up to and exit through the doorway to the actual town.
People *****ed and moaned about going to Amrath, and that was,
Go to The Twelve.
Run up to and enter The Twelve.
Run up to and enter the back door in The Twelve.
Speak to the Planes Caller to teleport to Amrath.
Hopefully we'll get some means to teleport to Eveningstar at some point, but for the time being it is incredibly annoying. That it doesn't have airships makes it even more so, even with the direct teleport.

Allow me to tell you the easy way to get to Eveningstar.
Take the death train. Then it's only one loading screen.
And no whining about ship buffs, they weren't around when people took the death train to Meridia to run Shroud and it wasn't an issue then. Ship buffs are nice, but they're not "all that".
