Free Lesser Reincarnaton - Tomes Not Applying

Hello,

After being able to log back into the game I decided to use the free lesser reincarnation option on one of my characters. My paladin18/monk2 was selected to rebuild in light of the current changes. However I have run into a problem.

After choosing the option then logging out and subsequently back in - I have now leveled to 15 before noticing a problem when I could not select feats I previously had. None of his stat tomes are applying.

Previously, Licorice had used +1 tomes in all stats/+2 tomes in all stats, and +3 tomes in STR/DEX/CON/WIS/CHR. I did not notice the problem until I had leveled to 15 and could not select Improved Two Weapon Fighting. I have submitted a bug report, and GM ticket insofar. I have stopped leveling this character for fear that it will be saved somehow in a state without the tomes I've previously applied to him.

I could use some assistance with this issue please.

This is a character I have worked on for quite some time. I'd appreciate some attention to this issue.

I heard about this bug from a guildie. It's known (despite what the automated message says). He was able to call customer support and have his tomes re-instated.
