me and the guildleader were the first ones on and our ship was bare and they haven't been replaced yet.

Has anyone logged in to find that the amenities they purchased (either through plat or Turbine Points) PRIOR to the launch of Menace of the Underdark are still there?

Refreshed yesterday evening about 6pm eastern, on today to an empty ship (and a horrid less-intuitive, broken in some cases UI)

Our was totally empty... The only TP bought item was the 5% xp shrine which was nto that there.

Logged in to our ship. Only a pale Kobold was there, he offered to show me his Hook Point though. I told him to keep that Wiley Willey of a hooked Hook Point pointed in another direction.

Any help for the ship buffs that disappeared? Are they warped to the Forgotten Realms?

I do the upkeep on our amenities. Had everything patched up yesterday. Everything gone when I got home today.

Based on responses, I suspect that the Airship Grinch struck and his heart didn't grow 2 sizes today.

Repurchasing amenities in the mean time.

I just confirmed repurchasing a large guild chest causes the contents to reappear.

Sure, I've seen that report. Ultimately, I'm trying to get a better sense from folks as to whether there are other guilds out there who logged in for the first time since the expansion was released and still had their amenities. Thanks!

I have a small guild of personal friends and we kept a lot of useful things in the guild chests, such as 100s of major SP potions, tons of syberys shards for feat exchange, black holes and two green bags filled with useful crafting shards.(Had a guy who could craft every shard before update) Perhaps most importantly, our bugged heroic deeds inventory item that may prove irreplaceable!


I usually don't whine and complain, but I'm hesitant to replace anything on the ship. Does one of the devs at least have a monosyllabic name I can yell?

Same here. All amenities had 4 weeks or more on them last night. All gone today. No TP ones at least. Full contents of large and small chests came back when we repurchased them. One dagger in the chest had no description and string table error (no idea what it was prior to update) so had to get rid of that item but the other 49 items looked fine.

We had full ship buffs topped up every Sunday. I think you'll find that every guild on every server lost theirs and some have since been replaced following the sterling advice from your ingame support - please see page 2 post 35.

Airship amenities applied prior to June 25th expired upon the release of Menace of the Underdark. Guilds may use coupon SHIP75 for a 75% discount off amenities in the DDO Store. Coupon is good through Sunday July 1st, limit 10 per account.

Alright, following the tepid assurances of some prior posters I went ahead and repurchased guild chests. It appears all items are intact with no sign of oddities. So, for anyone else concerned with losing items stored in chests, repurchasing worked fine for us.

Any plat compensation? I easily dropped 50,000 plat just a few days ago reupping and extending stuff.

Its not so much the amenities that bothers me but we store mnemonic potions collected by guild members in guild chest for selling on AH to pay for amenities, with the chest gone all the items stored in it have gone as well. Logging out and back in again has not fixed anything. Dont know if restocking ship will fix fault, but its annoying that we just restocked ship before update. Reading some other posts were not the only ones affected. Guess a hot fix is in order.
