Guildship Stripped Clean

Game updated fine for me and I logged in and appeared on my guildship, as that is where I logged off yesterday, only to find all the ship buffs and alters have been removed. Anyone else having this problem?

Re-enter the ship instance. Should fix it. I've had this happen before when the servers are under some load or shenanigans are happening.

I suspect Shenanigans, Hijinks, or some sort of Tomfoolery!

Everyone I spoke to on Khyber had an empty Guild Ship.

Edit: if it were up to me, the ONLY benefits to guild levels would be bragging rights and cosmetic trinkets. No ship buffs or guild augments of any kind.

Anyone want to offer suggestions on what I should wish for next?

So I tested the chest and RE-purchased our small chest that didnt have much in it and all the items were still there . Will now buy the Large one and hope for the best. Silly guildie put his large bag of Shroud ing. in it

Seconded. Repurchased large guild chest. Everything was in there.

Items in chests were always saved if the chest expired so wasn't worried about that. Not overly fussed about the platinum cost of renewing them all. It'll take me below 3.6mil but I'll get over that. I am more concerned about the loss of TP from the gold seal.

But again if that'll be recovered by account support albeit when they get round to it then I can deal with that too.

But before I go and splash out to renew our guild ship buffs, would be really useful if we could get official word on what to do here. Not that I don't take everything that ingame support say as gospel, but I have zero faith in them so would rather hear it from someone official on here. Even if it's to say "Yeah they're right, there's nothing we can do, sorry about that - cough up the plat and move on, renew the goldseal and claim the money back from account support who can confirm you purchased them in the first place".

Anyone?

not confirmed by Turbine but after redoing my stormglory typhoon at a cost 250kp i found that the extra crew point was gone. went to a few outher guilds that had typhoons/gryphons/tempests and they were missing the extra crew hookpoint also

I and another guildmate are both seeing the same blank ship. Jumped on my officer and asked to see the hookpoints, no issue there, was able to reload a crew mate and he seems to be sticking around.

Don't think this is lag....

If you'd taken your ships out to sea like Forest, Hurricane Menace might not have wiped everything out.

Personally, all fingers point to Lolth summoning the storm just to see if any of these new-fangled druids could do a darn thing about it.

hmm, gonna be a tad ticked if this happens on all of them, i keep up my guilds' amenities and just re-upped everything to a months duration. of course this may be the disappearing bug i see from time to time, letting the airship instance reset, by keeping everyone off of it for 5 minutes usually takes care of it. or it may be part of the new graphics bug, the buffs are there, just invisible to you, leaving the airship and coming back usually fixes that.

Yeah its quite expensive to reload everything to full time. Its not the graphics bug however they are actualy gone.

I am on Khyber as well. Just finished chating to a GM and they say they are investigating the issue.
