Gremlins must be part of the new monsters introduced.
Only they could be fiendish enough to organize and plot a guild ship stripping raid.
I'm willing to bet somehow the kobolds are in on it. They're always telling me how much they hate me.

I would be wary of waterworks from this point forward, those kobolds are probably stocking up the shrines for their own uses.

Ever have one of those days?

So after putting a ticket in to ask about the ship buffs and getting nowhere. When you then click the little red exclamation mark that tells you that your ticket has been closed, it crashes the client and you can then sit in the queue to get back in again.

When my wife gets home and finds me a gibbering mess, surrounded by empty beer bottles, there will be a post-it note with the the url for this thread stapled to my forehead.

Now normally, I wouldn't bother replicating unhelpful ingame support. But I thought I'd maybe help save other people the frustration of sharing the standard responses that you will get to your query.

Love the game, glitches and all. No love for the ingame support - definitely the weak link in the chain.

C'mon, did you really expect ingame support to do something about this? While having it happen isn't good, not having a solution by staff isn't good, I'd never expect ingame support to be able to place all of the correct shrines and crew on a boat, it's just not practical.

The BIGGER question that may come to a GIGANTIC wail: What happened to everything in the guild chest???

As no one seems to have looked at the other thread I made, can anyone tell me how to submit a ticket about this here? (Not knocking anyone for not replying to my dull-titled - there's a lot happening today!). I can't find the Submit Ticket option anywhere on my UI, and I just spent 250K+ renewing the buffs on the ship :/

Yup, ship is empty. The question is why?

Stuff in the guild chest will be there if you buy the chest again. It's worked this way for ages now.

I have yet to log into game to check airship, however I really hope it won't be empty. A member of our guild just put a 5% GOLD seal xp shrine up a couple days ago! Things like this should really be replaced due to the real money involved!

Well, there's ONE thing that they had zero way of testing, I guess.
Seeing as how guilds don't xfer between lama and live and the constant vault wipes, it's not like anyone could really tell.

Well it is clear they either did not test this or did not care if they did and found it.

However, there certainly are ways to test this stuff. They have internal test environments after all. It is called have the live build loaded...set up some airships, builds, people in the middle of various builds options...bring down server and load up new version and test all that stuff.

So, what I'm seeing here is that....

We cannot get the character copy to Lammania cleaned for love or money

BUT

We CAN get our guild ships cleaned free of charge!

I'm not terribly upset about having to rebuy amenities. As far as bugs go, it's not terrible... ...with one exception... we had a shared guild chest with tons of good lowbie gear (ring of feathers, muckbanes, the like) from the build your guild event. If that's all gone to the great server in the sky, I'm going to be perturbed.

Has anyone tested to see if the chest are full after they had to repurchase them ??
