Left and re-entered multiple times incase it was the rare "empty ship" event - can confirm was empty every time.
Looks like it's not so rare now.
And Ticket option has been removed from the new pop-up menu. Saw this on Lama land but didn't give it much thought - assumed was just some Lama thing. Surely they wouldn't go live on the largest expansion they've ever done without an easy way to report any bugs or glitches in-game, I said to myself. I'll apologise in advance for the sarcastic tone if it's something really obvious that I'm missing

Another quality update..... Does Turbine test anything?
All ours are topped up every Sunday to the 1 month mark not counting the goldseal XP shrine. More money than sense spending TP on goldseal XP shrine you say? You could well be right. But would rather not see those TP flushed down the drain.
Personally, I'd prefer not to touch the ship buffs until it's been resolved incase it muddies the waters for them to fix it.
talked to in game support thats what i was told
rebuy them, if i used tp i need to talk to account support.
thats what turbine thinks of in game money, spend it and then because we didn't plan, waste it so u can play some more,
and people wonder why i get so neg on forums...

Ticket is in - worked fine but big lag in loading the dropdown options.
While I've got some sympathy for the devs, I'm all out of it for the ingame support. But, to be fair, I know that they will have been fully briefed on the fact that as part of the largest ever update to the game, a lot of players will be a bit on edge. As such, they should make an extra special effort to be as helpful as possible ... will let you know how it goes.All airship shrines have disappeared from our airship following the update. Please advise whether we should renew the ship buffs ourselves or if you folks will take care of it. Not so concerned about the platinum cost as I am about the TP spent on the goldseal ones. Look forward to hearing from you.

Now normally, I wouldn't bother replicating unhelpful ingame support. But I thought I'd maybe help save other people the frustration of sharing the standard responses that you will get to your query.Thank you for the report and I do wish you well.
Love the game, glitches and all. No love for the ingame support - definitely the weak link in the chain.

Hmm... This was happing to my guild yesterday, but there were only 3 guild buffs missing tho.
Oh wait till you check your armor. I repaired before logging out and now my Duelist's leathers are damaged as well as my Calvary plate I have not worn that was in the bank. So now I have 3 pairs of Duelist's leathers and 4 pairs of Calvary plate that need repair.
I figured this is what it would come down to. Even on my haggle bard thats going to be 100k to put everything back to full time. When I talked to them all they said is they were looking into it and closed the ticked.
Not putting anything back on untill later however, never know what other problem could be lurking.
My real forum Join date is July 2007. Maybe one day someone will develop the awsome technology to fix this currently unfixable bug.
