Installing Pando Media Booster freezing up on me

Im trying to download DDO again and I keep getting stopped at the install PMB. I tried using the most resent download PMBInstSafe.exe one and get same results. I trouble shot it and I get incompatible application. Any idea on what happen and what i can do to get on DDO? running windows 7 enterprise if that helps, im not to technically inclined so.

I don't know much about Windows 7, but my instincts say not to pay all that much attention to that compatibility notice....

When you say you were "stopped", precisely what do you mean?

One of the Windows 7 Gurus will reply here soon enough and I know that's what they'll ask.

When i say "stopped" i mean the progress bar does not advance any further, i let it sit for hours and it dont move any farther.
