    Default Need help recovering account

    I just came from a bit of a break from gaming because of finishing up school, so naturally I wanted to play some DDO. I try to log into the game and I have totally forgot what mine was. I've been messing around with things for the past hour or so trying to get my password reset. All I've been able to find is things reseting my Turbine account password which I can get into fine. If someone could point my dumb self towards a way to reset my DDO password that would be used in the launcher that would be much appreciated.

    The usermane and password asked in the launcher are the same as your Turbine account.
    If you are able to log in Turbine: My Account, then I see no reason why you shouldn't get in game too.

    Sad to say I don't have more advice to help in this matter

    If you go to http://myaccount.turbine.com you will see that there is two links, one for resetting your password and one for finding your account username. Give those a shot. Just remember the email that received the request for the password reset is the one on file with your account.

    I think I'm making some head way on solving this. I'm currently downloading all the updates from MoTU so I can't log in quite yet but as soon as I can I'll see if I fixed it. Thanks for your help.
