highest confirm crit roll?

I could use some feedback on what you guys think is the highest number on confirmation critical hit rolls and if I made any non-stacking mistakes in what I got myself.

I currently use the follow on a level 17 character:
Feat: Power critical, +4 bonus to confirm critical hits
Item: Bloodstone: +6 bonus to confirm critical hits
Enhancement: Kensei Specified Weapon Mastery II, a total of +4 to confirm critical hits
Enhancement: Fighter Critical Accuracy IV: +8 bonus to confirm critical hits
Total : +22

at level 20 I could wear epic bloodstone (+8) and tinker's gloves (+2 exc.) for a total of 26.

are there any more ways to further increase the number, or is there anything I did that does not stack together?

I have a Figther 3rd life. Based on my experience if you are a kensai you DONT need Power Critical, use can swap that for a toughness. Also you dont need Enhancement: Fighter Critical Accuracy IV, the requirement for kensai 3 is Critical Accuracy III. So you can also drop that and take some other enhancement.

if you hit on a 2 anway you dont need all the bonuses its just basically an extra to hit roll. Seeker effects like ther bloodstone are good though, they add to the damage as well as the confirm critical

Of course on Monday people will no longer all be hitting on a two.

Wether its useful or wether some trade offs aren't worth it aren't really my point of debate here. I'd like to know the maximum possible number that can be reached and if it all stacks or not.

I'm at life 8 (all melee) and I gathered a lot of crit oriented gear so im trying to puzzle together the best way to play, for that im weighing off raw dps, crit rate, hp, speed and defense types. with a "max potential" type of number it's easier for me to put in the puzzle pieces.
