DDO Store Armor Kit Changed

Hi Customer Service Support,

I was advised by a forum moderator to post a thread in the Customer Service forums. I hope this is the right place.

I bought a DDO Store Armor Kit, and because of the changes to a certain armor, the Armor kit has now a different appearance. The idea of the Armor kit is supposed to be cosmetic, which in this case, did not do what is supposed to be doing.

Is there any compensation or solution to this issue? I hope I can be helped.

The armor kit was bought using Real Money, and using an Armor Kit remover will also cost turbine points, not to mention buying another kit.

Now that the update is live, my Armor Kit changed.

I don't know why I am being ignored? This is bought in the DDO Store, it was bought with real money.

There is a coupon for amenities, is there a chance that there will be a coupon for the Armor Kit?
