House Jorasco crashes my client

I don't know why, but for some reason when i entered house j today my client crashed. Afterwards i cant log in into that alt. Its just keep me stuck on loading screen then it tells me "connection to server has been lost" after waiting 15 mins hoping it passes the loading screen...

NOTE: All my alts that are not in house j can log in fine.

Can anyone help me?

I saw a report like this ages ago and someone suggested you can sometimes type /death -during- the loading screen and it will zone you to your bind point right away.

I hightly doubt this will help, but what the heck!

i'm having the same problem except it's in the tavern on the docks.

A GM should be able to help - logon with another character and raise a ticket requesting your non-loading alt be moved to another location.

well now it works...still don't know what was going on

I still can't log in into my alt who teled to house d.

i have tried:
• restarting my computer
• My2Cents idea (but thanks for the help)
• uninstalling,re-downloading,re-installing ddo...

it was working fine in the morning until i teled. Now if i take any alt to house d i get "connection lost to server".

Can a dev look on this? I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

Again, you will need to contact a GM - if the situation has altered and now serveral of your alts and other players on Khyber server are also affected zoning into House Denith instance this needs to be flagged to support via in-game ticket.

They can then troubleshoot the issue with you and take appropriate action.

For information, which ISP do you use as kyuven in another thread believes it is possibly to do with that.
