    Default VIP Credit Card

I've been trying to register for VIP for like an hour and a half with my credit card and each time it tells me:

The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005]

I've entered all the correct information about my card, and i know there are enough funds on it.
    Anyone can help?

When I tried to buy the expansion from the DDO Market my credit card was declined as well. I found out a little bit later that the company handling the credit card transaction was in Canada and my credit card company had interpreted that as a fraudulent foreign transaction and denied it.

You should call your bank and see if they are declining for a similar reason.

For me, I used another card and all was fine.

This MAY be the key. Is that a "reloadable" credit card? Those are very often declined by many online companies.

Searching would have given you the answer.

Error 30005 = Unable to verify billing info

    Essentially you are

    1) Not entering the same address as the card is registered to
    2) Using a gift card that you haven't registered.
