Stalwart and DoS stances now provide % based bonus to ac coming from armors and shields ONLY. aka: robes + no shield = no stalwart ac bonus.

I may be wrong, just guessing here.
However it says 10% bonus from armor and shield. Looks like you are wearing an outfit with no shield.

To further elaborate, even though outfits and bracers provide ac bonus typed as 'armor' in character sheet ac breakdown, they aren't considered armor for the purpose of Stalwart/Dos stance ac bonus. Which may or may not be WAI.
