Great Players

I was talking with some friends and asked about who they think are some of the better players here on argo that still play often. So i wanted to list a few of them as recognition to there superb skills and DDO knowledge. I now think that doing this would turn into a troll fest which is usually fun but i wanted this to be somthing serious.
Would like to know what others think about this to recognize some of the really good people out there that u run with. Guildys non guildies whatever even players that are currently away from the game. was thinking of just doing a quick top 5 list of people that u would rank among the best.
let me know your thoughts if people are interested i will list the people that i think deserve this recognition also.

I can only comment on guildies since I don't get a chance to group much anymore, but Blood and Q are both excellent. And Kelly is great at pulling levers.

Beyond that, I've run with some very solid folks from IA, BDH, CK, AOK, FALW, Math, SMA, as well as others I am probably forgetting. Always happy to see those tags hit my LFM.

in no specific order

Blood from OSD. on any toon = beastmode
Ganjjiie from CK. has a toon for everything and is great on them all
Vienne from IA. Esp on a healer
Appep from IA. aka DDO wiki (perhaps)
Kabuki IA. always game for anything except challenges hahahah

i know i said 5 but wanna give a shout out to NAK from Ascent also been here for a long time and is a stellar player also.

There are so many people that could and should be on this list, I just wanted to give props to a few here.

would also like to give a shout out to Q and kelly along with blood from OSD for carrying me through about 8 tr lives while I pike for dinner, smoke breaks, and as always bedtime stories for the kids!!

Milamberr and Preston the Ranger.

There really isn't anything Preston doesn't understand about the game. He's borderline android. And Milamberr is just one of those freaks with game. I've never seen anyone play a wizard better. There's no one in his league really. You may snicker or roll your eyes when you read that, but you just don't understand what the dude does.

Outside of my guild, I gotta give props to Shank from FALW. Dude just works really, really hard at the game. Hardcore grinder. His progress has been observable and significant.

Ganak from Ascent. Solid end game player and definitely one of the fastest TR-runners I've seen. I have no doubt there may be some who are faster (never ran with Tink/Star) but Ganak is pretty balanced in all aspects of the game.

Shinii from Ascent as well. It doesn't matter which of his toons he's on, you never have to wonder or worry about what he's doing. On his eSoS FvS he's about as good as it gets. He'll solo heal you through just about anything
and kill a bunch of sht at the same time.

Actually got to run briefly with preston on lamma and every1 says he is the End all Be all with the pew pew.

Macavety: solid, very knowledgable player and a great guild leader.

Methodeus: fun guy , always has candy, has a character of nearly every class and plays all of them well...unless he is drunk...then all bets are off.

Aunex: healer extraordinare

Doggone: one of the best end game people I know; lots of fun.

Sublimity: super competent and tons of fun....even though he is from Kentucky.

Uzial: competent and always willing to learn from mistakes. Really good guy.

Sizzlak: german trapsmith of all trapsmiths.

Tigerlili: good people, great healer.

Chancealot: great guy, plays his characters very well, just gotta look past the whole North-sider thing.

Sanacra: A bit crass, but a funny guy who knows his stuff.

Interesting thread.

I have a few people who I LOVE running with and whom I always turn to for advice and help, and they would be in no particular order:

Yummi

Dalsheel
Scoob
Drpeppert (my guildmaster so I have to add him or I get demoted from officer)
Binomial
Macavety
Younglbood

All of these people are very helpful and always willing to talk with people (provided you have some common sense or are honest/up front)

Many people are always willing to help I find, and as long as you are up front and listen its easy to get along with most of Argo

actually very many of the players mentioned here play with new players and share their knowledge... is this like a blanket rant or are you referring to the players specifically mentioned here?

Or maybe you're just blacklisted for ethically questionable practices such as ninja-ing an eardweller and then pretending it wasn't you and mysteriously quitting party afterward.

There's a difference between refusing to run with newer players and declining blacklisted players.

Most the people listed in here don't all run together, and if someone listed you here I'm sure you wouldn't be like omg I must be the best player ever, just as they don't. Er i wouldn't consider it to be egotistic. You can share your input as well as others are, but that does not fuel egotism or elitism. (unless someone is already really really full of themselves, revert back to the omg statement.)
