Energy vortext damages PM while in form

I was just playing with it to see what it did so it's not a big deal to me but it makes me wonder if could run threw town and kill others....

Since you could save agianst your own vortex, could you test the DC for me? pretty suire its quite broken and not using the +20 +1/2 cha lvl +int or cha its mean to.

Well server is down now but can do it if they don't do a reset. Is it suppose to count epic levels as character level too? or Only caster levels since Im a 18 wiz 2 monk 5 epic...

I had a 43 reflex and was saving but for on 1s I believe, I'll drop my save if I can test it though.

DC should be per the tooltip:
20 + half your char lvl (12) + cha or int, whichever is higher.

So 32 + x.

I was at a 42 int so should be +16, and i saved on a roll of 33 +7 so still seems to be broke

Just to respond to this so Genasi doesn't disable our fun in public areas (useful for events): No this does NOT affect players.
