Improved Feint no longer Bluffs mobs

Attempting to use the improved feint ability, you get the melee attack, but no bluff effect. Bluffing the same mob works on a roll of a 1.

This happens with any weapon set, I had wondered if the delayed poison effect on the Envenomed Blade was the issue, but just a pair of Midnight Greetings also have the same effect.

Not only that, but it seems like the Improved Feint feat isn't even on the feat list anymore!
