Shroud completion with six ppl

Last night was our usual shroud run for my guild. Asked around for anyone who wanted to join, weren't really feeling like doing an lfg. Most ppl were still on timer so after about ten minutes of waiting around, Lakking convinced us to short man it.

Our group consisted of one cleric (which was me), one paladin, two sorcerers, one bard, and one rogue. The whole raid took us about 57 minutes with only one death, from the rainbow of all things. I did record it and put it up on youtube to watch.

Yes, we don't shut up (talking on the video) and no, we don't use ingame chat. We have our own chat client for our guild to talk on, hence why you don't see the mics lighting up green.

It was a first for me, a good challenge in the face of all the norm. Can't wait to see what we can accomplish next.

Believe it or not, the very first Shroud on Orien was completed on December 3, 2009, by six players (playing seven toons, the bard was dual-boxed, just sing and pike).

Remarkably, some of these guys were total noobs. (Check out Vixa, future leader of OR, playing a drow fighter with rapiers that don't even break DR!)

Let's go back to our roots! Let's be fearless!!!

(Sadly I hear there's still discrimination against rangers, rogues, and bards in normal Shroud. Wake up wankers!)

Really, I guess the video is fake and I was abducted by aliens and had the memory of that run implanted. But maybe you should try watching the video yourself, before you make comments like that.

I Have not watched the video but I do believe you guys short manned the raid people have been short manning shroud forever was just making fun of the statement shadowflaxx made about you cannot short man raids with only 6 people. sorry if I took anything away from your success. I'm almost positive shroud has been solo'ed by a lot of people now.
the screen shot or it didn't happen was a joke a long going joke many people have made over and over again.
Once again Good job I do not doubt you and sorry if my post with the wink at the end wasn't oozing sarcasim. .

Just remember as long as you start the sentence with: "with all due respect". You can be totally disrespectful and get away with it.

No idea who did that... I didn't view your comment as being degrading or disrespecting. And btw, ya, we we're actually talking about the guy who solo'd it after we completed. Makes us want to work harder at our toons and playing techniques.
