So, uh.. I recently preordered the expansion, and due to financial issues, decided to buy the standard edition. I am now regretting this, and was wondering - is there a way to upgrade my account to CE? If I do, will I have to pay the full 80$ or can I just pay the extra 30$?

If you want to upgrade to a higher tier of the pre-order, you can contact the Account Management team and they should be able to help you. The information is in my signature.
