World down

Shows as down for me but according to others it's up. >..< Help meeee!

I attempted a clean install. Downloaded th eclient from the main site, yep wrong one but didn't know it at the time. Installed it. Ran it, updated, got to the world list. Buh? Lots of them. All of them were down.

I'm not using any workarounds at this time.

What would cause not only the open beta but the normal client from reaching the game worlds?

Edit: Clean install of the proper client, world still down, even though everything else is working properly.
