Network Loss and major lag

Hi Turbine, please fix the lag, seriously. I'm not trying to troll or joke, but this ****ed me off when you guys had a massive lag spike in the middle of a battle with Chol in Litany today. seriously, 30% packet loss? no way I can do anything with that sort of server connectivity.

I'm a networking stickler, and I do everything I can do tune my routing and networking at home to be the finest it can be. So how come the servers keep getting massive lag spikes? any day now, thanks?

My guess is that they dont have a real networking guy. Programmers and developers but no one who is IT specialized.
