Bunk here to talk about my current Life. I recently TR'd into a Half-Orc Barbarian. Thanks to the weekends 30% xp bonus, with the little time I had, I reached level 5 with haste.

I joined a group lead by a member of IS to streak thru waterworks. He wanted to go fast, expressed that in the lfm and in group. I reached the end of part 1, let the party leader know I was at the end, requesting permission to finish. He replied by saying, "go ahead, and if you want to start part 2, that would be cool." In receiving the greenlight to blitz/zerg/ect..., we finished the next 3 parts in under 8 minutes total. It was great and enjoyed it.

One thing to mention is that a few players in the party didn't care for the speed and style of play, so they dropped group. However, the party leader, myself and 1 other stayed through till the end, and had a good time, as brief as it was.

So with that thought in mind, I'm welcoming anyone around my level to Bunk's BYOB.

Bring Your Own Barbarian

I will have my lfm up inviting barbarians only, (with possible minor exceptions to close friends and fellow gamers that I run with). Come on out, bring the speed, have some laughs. I usually don't put up lfms, but feel this life is perfect to have one up.

Man Bunk you had and go do that 2 weeks after I tred mine. Up to 17 holding 18.

And it is fun with mostly barbarians, current guild group is 3 barbarians, most time with pocket healers. Or with arcane that drops discos and has us cleave and supreme cleave stuff to death.

I haven't had a chance to bust out the pocket healer yet. At low lvls, basic DR and ship buff resistances have mitigated the damage taken in a quest. Of course it helps that all the low level quests are quick.

YWS is getting up to the lvls of +2 stats and 30 resists on our ship, so it has never come at a better time.

I suppose by barbs you mean sorcs, wizards, clerics, arties, and favored souls with a barb level? TRing melees is so 2010.

I ran STK on my barb life elite with almost all barbarians and it was the fastest run ever... The best strategy is to hit em wedge style and as one barb starts dropping HP like it's hot he moves to the back of the wedge but everyone keeps moving forward.

I got a barb on your server, might go level him up so I can get in on le goodness :P
