    Default Troglodyte Stench No Save?

Is it WAI for Troglodyte Stench to not have a saving throw?

Was trying stuff in the Vale of Twilight and my level 20 monk got hit with Troglodyte Stench.

On live poison immunity, including that from monk's Diamond Body feat, makes one immune to stench.

On Lamannia Diamond body now only gives immunity to "ability score damage" from natural posions, but +10 save to magical posions.

Troglodyte Stench is a natural poison that does not do ability score damage, so completely dodges the monk's Diamond Body. So is it a hole in the new implementation that there is no save?

I've not tested to see if a poison immunity item will block it, never needed one before on the monk. Not happy that I now have to fit one in if that's the only way to avoid the annoying stench effects.

Looks like that is the case. Now along with all my other characters, going to have to carry a stack of remove poison pots on my monks to use in Trog heavy areas/quests, but would be nice if a dev could give a definitive answer if this is WAI

I've done some more experiments, using non-monks as well.

When a non-monk hits a Troglodyte, both Fiend-blood ones from the vale and ordinary ones from Freshen the Air, a saving throw against stench is logged. My monk does not see this roll, but I've also not seen him get hit with the stench from that either.

Fiend-blood troglodytes from the vale inflict stench when they hit you, and I am not seeing any saving throw rolled for this. When this happens repeatedly (the status timer refreshes) my fighter sees in the log:

(Combat): Fiend-Blood Troglodyte Warmaster's sickening stink effect has been removed from you.
(Combat): You are hit by fiend-blood troglodyte warmaster's sickening stink.
(Combat): You are nauseous and unable to move quickly, and you cannot tumble.

My monk on the other hand, just sees:

(Combat): You are hit by fiend-blood troglodyte warmaster's sickening stink.
(Combat): You are nauseous and unable to move quickly, and you cannot tumble.

Wearing a proof against poison item (after the fact) does not remove this effect, so presumably its not a natural posion.
