Greensteel stacking question in MotU

I was looking up on the planner for something entirely diffrent when i saw the Greater Glaciation and the Superior Glaciation. Well i thought to myself, "that wont help me, because it wont stack."

Except now it is going to be spell power....

Will greensteel items that have multiple effects like this now have two diffrent ice spell powers, or will the two spell powers add together into one super high-powered SP item.

No. It works just like now, your highest spellpower applies to your spells. In general this will be type-specific, but if you have Universal 50 and Cold 30 your Cold spells (and all others) will get +50% damage.
