1) Exalted Angel Innate, not granting bonus Cleric level to spells.
2) Divine Wrath doesn't cast anymore (used to work, something broke)
3) Judgement doesn't discriminate between friend and foe (it was a good laugh watching party Pale Master get blasted though).
4) Fey form not giving Low Light Vision feat
5) Legendary Tactics not granting + DC to Stunning Fist
6) Avenging Light doesn't hit target though animation shows direct hit
7) Lily Petal projectile hits floor, but still damages target at distance (animation and function de-sync)
8) Mini-Meteors in Abbot Raid STILL fly through big meteors instead of destroying them.
9) Exalted Angel first innate shuts off permanently when switching destinies or resetting destiny, reapplies only after relog.
10) Level 1 Artificer Multiclass with Conjure Bolt gets +5 bolts instead of +1 when casting while neg leveled.
1) sunset ritual challenge is giving the first time, star bonus xp every run.
2)summoning pet from an item (epic wolf whistle) is saying out of range when having a mob targeted
3) The +50 sp for each rank of exalted angel does not get applied until you logout and back in.
When I put legendary tactics on my character it increased the dc of stunning fist. So it isn't broken 100% of the time, at least.
With 2 ranks in "Dirge" and no other ranks in anything else in Fatesinger, I'm getting the masked ball buff when playing in public. I didn't actually try it in a quest, but it is likely doing the same thing in quest.

When leveling up npc casters seem brutal in the level 12-20 range compared to previous on normal. Both my wife, myself, our hirelings, pets, etc have been instantly killed by a couple casters that got a run of sweet chain lightning, delayed fireblast or a disintegrate followed by another nuke. My wife's character has evasion and she is getting smoked all the time as well. I've got 300 hitpoints at level 15 and can heal (with Heal, Regen, Vigor, Empowered) and I can barely keep myself alive through some pulls on normal. These are all quests I have done on 3 other characters on live that were first generation with far less hitpoints and without much issue.
The Cannith challenges are ridiculous, the priest classes show up 3 or 4 at a time and put up 4-8 blade barriers across the kobolds path and kill them all. This is all on normal (or supposed to be normal). One (or two) people cannot manage watching the kobolds and doing the objectives. If you are a class that kills slow and there are 3 healers near each other you have no chance of killing them even if you could get through all the blade barriers.
Finally, the knock down, fear, and other CC seems far worse. Many times the entire party (2 players, 2 hirelings, pets are all knocked down, feared, held or whatever and cannot do anything while the AE bombs start coming in).
I don't consider myself an easy-mode kinda guy but if I found myself starting the game on a new gen character and running into the instant death on aggro of a room with casters I would go play something else.
edit: forgot to mention always running with 30 to all resists buffs on.

Is the bug we saw on Beta still present in the current Build?
That is to say, Eladrin stated that there was a problem with the stacking of enhancements with spell power items, and that it was not happening properly. Is the Spell Power system now working as intended, or still bugged?
Deforming the Game in 5 uses, with a 3 second Cooldown and a 15 second recovery Rate.
