DDO Store Items?

From forum browsing I read that there will be a store item to allow you to take a non-adjacent destiny? Just seeking confirmation on that as it was an off comment by a player in a long thread

Also given that you can get a store item to change alignment, change classes, etc., is there going to be a store item to change race (has anyone heard anything of the sort)?

Finally any word on whether +4 tomes will make it to the store?

Yes there was a dev post about this (I may try and dig it up later if someone doesn't beat me too it)

There is a store item that allows you to unlock one adjacent destiny instead of having to gain 3 levels in the current one.
