Stone of Change Broken

Cant use the stone of change to bind gear - it simply crushes the dragon shards down if you have over 100 and fails if you have less than 100.

strange, i bound a villager outfit before the maintenance and it worked just fine. however, outfit was already bound to character, was binding so i could do a ritual on it. what item were you trying to bind?

Using the wrong kind of shards maybe?

A can't get the stone of change to work either, at least the one in the marketplace. I've used it plenty of times before the last patch. Did they change the ingredients, by any chance?

Bugged. I think the stone of change thinks all items are level 20 and expects 400 eberron shards! Bug reported it a few days ago, but it hasn't appeared in any known issue list that I know of
