I am building a Dwarf Intimitank (up to level 18) and in reviewing my build, I am wondering if my selections of enhancements are actually accomplishing what I am trying for, specifically when I take the fighter enhancements "Fighter Strategy-Trip 1 & 2" (and the Sunder version), and take the Dwarven racial enhancements Dwarven Tactics 1 & 2, are they stacking for a total of +4? or like +bows and +arrows, covering the same ground without stacking? Additionally, are Vertigo weapons stacking or covering the same ground?

Racial and class enhancements to Tactics do stack, as do Fighter Past Life bonuses.

Common values I look at when calculating Tactics DCs:

10 Base Value
04 Feat Bonus (For the actual Improved Trip/Improved Sunder Feat itself)
?? Character or Class Level if applies (Stunning Fist)
?? Strength, Wisdom or Charisma bonus depending on the Tactic
?? Class Enhancements (Fighter or Half-Elf Fighter Dilletante Enhancements)
?? Racial Enhancements (Dwarf or Warforged)
?? Prestige Enhancements (Kensai PrE)
?? Fighter Past Life feats
?? Item Bonus
?? Exceptional Item Bonus

With Epic Destinies, there is a twistable tier 1 ability from Legendary dreadnought that can also add upto +6DC and the Grandmaster of Flowers has +3 Tactics as part of its Innate abilities.

So, as an example:

Multiclassed Human 12 Monk/7 Fighter/1 Rogue using Stunning Fist, with Kensai 1 and two Fighter Past Lives:

10 Base Value
00 Feat Bonus
10 Half Character Level
10 Wisdom 30
03 Class Enhancements - Fighter Improved Stunning 3, requires Stunning Blow feat
00 Racial Enhancements - Human
01 Prestige Enhancements - Kensai 1
02 Fighter Past Life feats
10 Item Bonus - Stunning +10 Handwraps
05 Exceptional Item Bonus - Epic Spare Hand belt from Cannith Challenges
= 51DC
