Confused about levels for xpack

Way back when, I went into the Kings Forest as a 19th level character during the betas... since then though, it's been locked to epic.


I noticed in the quest list on lam, there's a few quests (level 19) that are listed as being in Kings Forest...

I looked around a bit, and I can't seem to find this info, so I'd like to know what parts of the new content will be available to characters below level 20?

Will any of the wilderness adventure areas be open, in a 'heroic' mode to characters of less than 20th level?

If so, which, and if Kings Forest isn't, what's with those quests? Are they mislabeled?

Only challenges will be open for those below lv 20 and not lower than 15.
Everything else should be epic level content. Afaik

Hmmmm it just makes me wonder why have 19th level quests in a wilderness area we can't get into...

But I'm not too familiar with the area yet, maybe there's some other way to the quests...

On the first beta events it was open on heroic levels because not everyone got levels from the devs, so everyone could hop in there and look at it, cause at lv 16, those drow would destroy you quite fast lol.

Theres no other way in. There is one quest in the actual village, a werewolf one. The rest are deep in the forest... Even deeper in the forest is the entrance to the Underdark, so no getting there until you get to lv 20 at minimum.

Ah, yes, popped into it earlier tonight; turns out the 19th level quest listed as Kings Forest is actually reachable from inside Eveningstar; so I assume the other is same deal...

Guess that explains that....

I think its really silly that we can't bring level 5 characters to epic raids if we want to. I mean they are already power-leveled and won't get any xp, so who cares??

Odd, I thought they said the explore areas will be open to levels 16+...

I actually thought the same.... Was looking forward to spending a lot of time as a TR in that forest....

Guess it's not true....

Too bad. Guess I won't be levelling up in the realms, just doing my epic destiny stuff there....
