Epic Challenge Items Nerfed With New Spell System Conversion

I'm noticing that the tier 2 upgrade is the same as tier 1 for the old potency value.

Epic potency used to give +60% on the tier 2 item. That was a 10% boost over the superior potency (50%) on tier 1.

Now tier 1 and 2 both give the same 90 equipment bonus to spell power.
