Does Ghostly grant incorporeality now?

Can someone test if the miss chance from the Ghostly item effect (e.g., from an Epic Ring of the Stalker or Wretched Twilight) now counts as incorporeality? I vaguely remember a dev mentioning they were tinkering with it.

If it does, can someone test if it stacks with a dark monk's Shadow Fade ability?

epic cloak of night which has ghostly on it, does grant incorporeal miss chance. I cant test about the dark monk since I dont have one, but more then likely it would be the highest overwrites.
