I have a few questions about the destiny:

1.Does Haste boost(rogues/fighters) count as a action boost?
2.Would the action boosts from the LD tree(20% swing speed/20% dmg etc.) stack with Haste boost(rogues/fighters)?

1. yes.

2. no. they count as class boosts. can't even take those if you have haste boost from fighter/rogue.
