Was setting up my level 25 Arti, with the sharadi champion Epic Destiny, to run and started making arrows. During the course of this I noticed sometimes I would have a dice roll that said "concentration failure". the animation would then show the toon with a turned around bow "misfiring" into her chest and I would take damage. While it is funny to see and make fun of, I almost died just making arrows on my guild ship.
Coupled with the Construct Essence and Iron Defender+Epic Destiny bug - this is making them almost unplayable.

The actual error message in the combat log is

I believe this has been fixed internally and should be working on the next beta update. I can't find the post, weak search-fu.

at the very least, the devs are aware of this and are working on it
it is a known bug with shiradi champion, your 7% chance works on spells and unfortunately, conjure bolts is one of the spells they didn't think to turn it off for
