It's not working for me. Wont load for me at all just gives an error. I have tried logging in and out and notta.
I have tried opening new windows, Different browsers. just about everything...Seems like something on the account side or DDO side... Could someone please take a look into this.

Works fine.

Don't use IE, it sees the delay in opening that page as a timeout a lot of the time. First visit my.ddo.com and log in, then try loading the charactercopy page.

Not sure how you missed it...I have tried different browsers... Chrome, IE, Firefox. and on my iphone, and the INgame browsers.

I know its working for everyone else. Thats why I know its something account wise.

Um, did you by chance include the . at the end of the link?

If you did, try it again without the . , just http://my.ddo.com/charactercopy with no .

After seeing your screenshot I realized the error was not a generic web connectivity issue since you were able to surf to the Turbine web site. I suddenly realized the title of the thread is "http://my.ddo.com/charactercopy."

Not only do I think I did that very thing myself way back in the past as I think I tried to cut and paste from an old forum post, but that's very common. In fact some word processors will wrongly underline the period at the end of a sentence that contains a web link out of error all by themselves.

Is that what's happening?

No there is no period. I simply click on the link from the main page that has said link.
I also don't put periods at the end of web addresses. It was simply a force of habit for putting a period at the end of a sentence.

As well as your link and copy and paste and 3 different computers. I did not put a period at the end. I appreciate you trying to help me, but this is a turbin issue... and no one will help me.

has the account you are logging into the forums with purchased an expansion preorder?

I am also curious why you say noone at Turbine has helped you. Have you submitted a Technical Support Ticket or a Customer Support ticket at http://support.turbine.com under "Submit Ticket"?

I also suggest you might ask in the Lammania Discussion forums where people are using/discussing character copy for the Open Beta...

Lammania is down at the moment at any rate....

I have subd a ticket, and as soon as they hear test server they say sorry can't help. I have posted this issue on 3 different forums.
i have logged in with both my accounts to see if that was the issue, and both accounts do the same thing. I have pre-ordered the expansion.

I guess i am just giving up.
