Voice Volume

Silly place to put this, but I was reminded about this issue due to the window tabbing sound bug (the one where when you switch screens and switch back the sound is not at normal lvl), will we ever see voice volume get increased so that we don't have to turn all our other sound settings way way way down? I eventually solved this for myself by having voice chat go through my headphones while everything else was in glorious surround sound, but really.. it's a bit silly that we are still stuck with this particular situation after so many years.

While you are mucking about with fixing the window tabbing bug, think you could take a peek at the sound levels for voice chat as well?
