Is this why my new toons aren't showing up on myddo page? It's really wizzing me off....

My character-pages are not updating since 05-30 (pages were updating before).
The log worked fine but...
now the log seems to be borked, too.
No new log-entries after 06-08. And I am quite sure I played... at least yesterday... I think... ;-)

My characters that were updating stopped updating on 5/30, and my quest log stopped updating on 6/10.

I don't expect dev attention to be taken away from the x-pack (nor do I want it taken away), but after the x-pack is done please either fix the MyDDO character features or remove them and make MyDDO purely a blog. Letting a highly visible feature stay in beta this long is embarrassing and unprofessional. Things in Beta are supposed to be improving (good job on the x-pack by the way), not getting worse.

Well, I like to use the DDO Raid Timers Checker as well as the DDOViewer. Or should I say: I liked...?

All the info provided by those little tools was collected from my.ddo.com, but with the characters not updating and the log not working, those tools are useless, too.

The Web page guys are different from the game Devs. For example, Droipamine has Web Developer as his forum tag.

Well color me shocked that old issues not being resolved instead just applying another mini-bandaid. Is the web-team even aware that much of this stuff was promised to be fixed 3 years ago? What is the statute of limitation of how much we are supposed to believe that things will get fixed.

Ever since MyDDO came online, I have had a character that is played very regulary continue to have no race, class or level show. There are deleted characters (deleted a month prior) winning lottories (the lesser reincarnation hurt a lot).

um it is that they aren't updating. They were wiped blank and have been non functional for several months now.

She does not update in my ddo and its my fault.

Shrugs, give us epic level and more prestigue classes and she will be happy.

So, if you myddo my main character you will see a monk, but hey completionist project continually shuffling builds anyway...

If it was my site and company name I would have scrap the current version of MyDDO and started over again. To me having a poorly functioning web site which only brings in complaints , broken, missing and incomplete information is worse than having non at all.

Unless Turbine plans to release a new version of MyDDO with MotU or shortly afterwards there are going to be some disappointed new and returning player when they see a partially functioning site.

Just to give us some examples to look at, do folks have some guilds that they - know - haven't updated properly in the past week or so? If so, post 'em up here.
