I’ve made a stink about this in numerous threads and have asked repeatedly if it’s WAI both in the forums and when on Lamannia, but have not received an answer. However, I haven’t seen a thread dedicated to just this issue. So, to give this another shot....
Is the -5 caster level penalty from Combat Expertise intended?
Is the impact this will have on important buffs considered acceptable?

I’m going to go ahead and bump this in the hope of getting an answer. If I’ve missed this being mentioned anywhere, I would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

The thing is, this was stated to be working as intended earlier, but I haven't seen a mention of it since despite other major changes and no notice of it in the release notes or known issues.
